Information you provide
The demonstration enquiry form does not transmit or save submitted information. Patient registration, report storage, booking and payments are not enabled. Do not submit personal medical or financial information.
Technical information
The hosting environment may process standard request information needed to deliver the website. Any future analytics, cookies and data-processing arrangements will be documented in a reviewed policy before launch.
Future patient services
Before patient services are enabled, the laboratory will publish its information-handling, consent, retention, security and access procedures. No clinical data should be collected until those safeguards are established.
External contact links
Phone, email, WhatsApp and Google Maps links open separate services with their own privacy practices. The WhatsApp booking preview does not put patient form entries into those links. Avoid sending sensitive documents without agreeing a suitable channel with the laboratory.
Temporary patient previews
Fictional patient details and demo changes are held only for the current preview session and reset on reload. Do not enter real medical, contact or payment details.
